You can perform an x-ray on any historical chat by opening it up and then clicking the x-ray button.

This lets you audit why Copilot responded the way it did in a particular scenario. This may cause you want to make a tweak to your Copilot configuration so that Copilot responds more optimally in the future. Dials you can turn are:

• Adding an answer
• Tweaking a workflow
• Adding a new API
• Adding a new co-browsing tour
• Adjusting the personality prompt
