Chat history

Sometimes when users open Copilot, they're looking for a previous conversation they had. If they were chatting with Copilot within the last 5 minutes, then that chat will automatically open when they open Copilot. But what if they want to look back at a chat from longer ago?

Enter Chat History, a feature that allows your users to look back at all their previous chats with Copilot in a read-only view.

To enable Chat History, follow these steps

• On the identity verication page, turn on "Force identity verification"
• Implement identity verification for your users
• Within Copilot's settings, turn on "Chat History"
