Guru integration

Setting up the Guru integration​

  1. Go to Integrations. Click “Add” on the Guru card.

  2. Authenticate Guru by entering your Guru username and the associated User API Token.

  3. Select from any of your Guru workspaces to sync.

Automatic syncs

If on a Growth or Enterprise plan, you can set up your content to sync automatically — either daily or weekly.

Training-only mode​

A common use case of Guru is to author internal-facing content that is useful for team members, including support team members, to reference when dealing with customer questions. This makes it an especially helpful soource for Copilot. However, because the content in Guru is often written with an internal audience in mind, we recommend turning on the "use for trainig only" setting when syncing Guru so that Copilot will never cite or quote Guru content directly.
