Bringing nudges into HelpHub
One of HelpHub's main missions is to help users discover nudges that are relevant to them, or that they may have missed when they appeared proactively.
Where do nudges appear in HelpHub?
Nudges can appear in two places:
- In recommendation sets
- In search results
Bringing nudges into HelpHub
To add a nudge to a recommendation set, you can simply add it.
To make a nudge available to be searched, go into the nudge's settings and toggle on "Searchable in HelpHub". Note that this setting is off by default. We recommend turning on this settings for nudges which are evergeen -- i.e. not something that is specific to a moment, like an event announcement or survey about a feature.
