Videos add an engaging dimension to HelpHub that you can’t get from written content alone.

Where do videos appear in HelpHub?​

Videos can appear in two places:

Adding videos to Command AI​

Videos are a building block in Command AI that can be wielded in different ways. You can add videos individually or via an integration with a video CMS.

In addition to standalone videos (like on your YouTube channel), you may have videos embedded in other content. Command AI will treat these videos the same as other videos you upload.

Watching videos in HelpHub​

Videos will open directly in HelpHub. This allows the user to watch them alongside your product. This is especially helpful for walkthrough and tutorial videos, because the user can follow along.

When a video is opened, there will be a CTA to open the video in its original format.
